Terms of Service.

Who we are
Naew (“Naew”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Suan Digital LLC, a limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@suan.digital, or visit our parent at suan.digital.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, connecting a cloud provider, or otherwise using Naew, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Naew on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
The service
Naew is a read-only ledger for cloud spend. You connect one or more accounts (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others we may add over time), and we periodically fetch billing data and present it in a dashboard.
Naew does not modify your cloud resources, provision infrastructure, or pay invoices on your behalf. We make a commercially reasonable effort to keep figures accurate, but we present them as a reporting convenience. Your provider’s own invoice is the source of truth for what you owe them.
Your account
You are responsible for the credentials, API keys, and read-only roles you grant to Naew. Keep your email and any access tokens confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Plans, billing, and refunds
Naew offers a Free plan with a single connected account, and paid Pro plans billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
We may change pricing on a prospective basis with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Naew to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another organization.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the service without our written permission.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you connect to Naew. You grant Suan Digital LLC a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and for how long.
Third-party services
Naew integrates with services run by other companies (cloud providers, payment processors, email delivery). Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or pricing decisions made by third parties.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing service would expose us to legal risk. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
Naew is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figures shown will be free of inaccuracies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suan Digital LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of two hundred US dollars (US$200) or the amount you paid Naew in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app banner) before it takes effect. Your continued use of Naew after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suan Digital LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts competent for that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
