Terms of Service.

Naew is operated by Suan Digital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By creating an account, connecting a provider, or otherwise using Naew, you agree to these terms. If you’re using Naew for an organization, you confirm you can bind it. Contact: [email protected].

Naew is a read-only ledger for cloud, SaaS, and AI spend. You connect accounts, we fetch billing data and present it. We don’t modify your cloud resources or pay invoices for you. Figures are a reporting convenience; your provider’s own invoice is the source of truth for what you owe them.

You are responsible for the credentials, API keys, and read-only roles you grant to Naew. Keep your email and any access tokens confidential, and tell us at once if you think your account has been compromised.

A Free plan and paid Pro plans (monthly or yearly) are billed through Stripe in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may change pricing on at least 30 days’ notice; continued use after that is acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to:

• Use Naew to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to access data belonging to another organization.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the service without our written permission.

You keep all rights to the data you connect to Naew. You grant Suan Digital LLC a limited licence to process it for operating and securing the service. What we store and for how long is in the Privacy Policy; the processor-controller framework for organizations is in the DPA.

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or close it if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing service would expose us to legal risk. Your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Naew is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that figures shown will be free of inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suan Digital LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of US$200 or what you paid Naew in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Delaware - subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence that grants you the right to be sued where you live.
